通過兩個星期的商務英語口語實訓,使我們能夠現場模擬在商務活動中出現的各種場景,能夠熟悉商務活動中各個環節,強化自己的大腦思維框架,使自己能夠進入職場后得心應手。把自己在課堂中學習到的知識實際應用在社交場合,理論與實踐相結合,一方面檢驗自己是否真正學習到了知識,進一步的回顧所學;另一方面也使得平時學習中的零散知識綜合起來,學會綜合實際應用。
兩周的商務英語實訓,學習的主要內容有:
一、練習國際音標,糾正發音
(1)元音:發音時聲帶振動且氣流在通道上不受發音器官阻擋。有:[i:]、[i]、[e]、[?]、[ɑ:]、[u:]、[ɑi:]等20個音標。元音可分為:單元音、雙元音兩大類。單元音:舌位不移動,在發音過程中沒有摩擦,不受發音器官的任何阻礙。雙元音:發音時要注意發音圓滿,舌型和唇形都要到位。
(2)輔音:發音時氣流在通路上受到發音器官阻擋。有:[p]、[t]、[k]、[θ]、[z]、[r]、[j]等28個音標。輔音可分為:清輔音、濁輔音。發音時聲帶不振動、送氣的叫清輔音;發音時聲帶振動、不送氣的叫濁輔音。
二、商務活動中各種場合的注意事項、常用句子
1、Interview
(1)注意事項:面試是雇主為選擇合適人選而設計的,也是面試者給潛在的雇主留下的第一印象。面試者通過一些簡單的事情,可以表達出自己的專業特長、自信,給人留下積極主動的印象,確保面試的成功。肢體語言:握手要堅定有力,語音表達要清晰有力,保持眼神的接觸;自信表達:盡量不要使自己受反面語言的影響,不要因為缺少經驗而抱歉,應該指出自己有能力去學習;穿著和外貌:頭發整潔,指甲干凈整齊,擦亮鞋子,熨平整衣服,不要穿破的臟的皺的衣服,不要戴很多首飾;展示可信度:面試應確保按時到達,或提前幾分鐘到達,讓雇主知道自己是一個能按時完成工作、與同事友好相處、值得信賴的人。
(2)常用句子:
Would you please say something about yourself ?/Please tell me about yourself ?/Could you introduce yourself firstly ?

I am a student .This is my first job .However I think though I haven’t experience in this field ,I’m willing to learn .
How much will I be paid ,if you don’t mind my asking ?/Can you provide accommodation for me ?/What sort of fringe benefits do you provide ?
2、Reception & Visit
(1)注意事項:所有的商務活動都是建立在雙方相互信任大的基礎上的,接待和拜訪是彼此之間相互了解的第一步,為了建立良好的商務關系,必須特別關注其中的細節。問候:問候應該友好和熱烈,問候老朋友時說”Hi, there!”,但與第一次見面的人打招呼,必須很正規說”How do you do?”;介紹:一般都是把男性介紹給女性,把年輕的介紹給年老的,在正式場合,通常會在姓名前添加”Mr.”、”Miss”等頭銜;握手:握對方手時,力度要適中,不能太緊,也不能太松,同時要直視對方,以表示坦率和誠心;名片:與新客戶見面時,應該彼此交換名片,遞名片時要用雙手,不能用一只手,接到對方名片時,可以先默讀一遍,不確定是否讀的準確,可以請教對方,如果對方忘記給你名片,可以問”How can I contact you ?”/”How can I get in touch with you ?”
(2)常用句子:
Excuse me, you must be Mr./Miss. From....?/Are you Mr./Miss.from..?
I am ....from...., and I am here to meet you.
This is my business card. It is a pleasure to meet you.

3、Meeting & Organization
(1)注意事項:會議主要包括:準備工作、會議組織、靈感啟發、結論總結。準備工作是要確保所開的會議有一個明確的、一定的目標和議程,包括房間的預定、飲食、音頻視頻設備及要提醒的事。會議組織是負責或主持會議的人或團體,要確保各項議程按時和按計劃進行。靈感啟發是大家把注意力集中在細節上,抑制了與會者的自發性和積極性,通過有策略地制造討論機會,吸引大家思考。結論總結是與會者必須完成了某些任務,作為未來大策略的一個部分,在下次會議上得到重述和概括。
(2)常用句子:
Well, since everyone is here, let’s get started. Hello,everyone. Thank you for coming today.
Hi, everyone. I’m...I’ll be acting as ....’s assistant while ...is away on maternity leave.
To begin with I’d like to quickly go through the minutes of our last meeting.
