由于2024年銀川中考暫未開始,小編整理了2023年銀川中考體育考試項目總分和評分標準為參考,具體2024年銀川中考體育數(shù)據(jù)以官方發(fā)布為準。2023年銀川中考體育考試項目總分為50分,體育考試項目有身高標準體重、握力體重指數(shù)、一分鐘跳繩、男子1000米跑、女子800米跑。
一、銀川體育中考考試項目及分值
(一)身高標準體重:5分。
(二)握力體重指數(shù):10分。
(三)一分鐘跳繩:15分(評分標準下調(diào)一檔,詳見附件1)。
(四)男子1000米跑、女子800米跑:20分(免試,成績以滿分計入總分)。

三、中考體育考試注意事項
1、中考體育考試前一天最好以平常飲食習慣正常飲食,避免油膩和重口味,適當可以增加水果蔬菜等,進行營養(yǎng)補充。
2、早晨飲食應(yīng)當清淡簡單且有營養(yǎng),不宜吃太飽,按照正常早餐飲食習慣,適當增加易消化的高熱量食物,如:蛋糕,易化餅干等。測試前特別是在耐力類項目和跳繩前30分鐘盡量不吃食物。
3、考試前不要大量飲水、碳酸飲料、運動飲料等,有些學生會在中考體育考試前喝功能性運動飲料或葡萄糖口服液補充體能或提神,可以根據(jù)自己體質(zhì)決定,對于不常喝運動飲料的部分同學同樣身體會產(chǎn)生不適,在劇烈運動時胃里中會返出難聞的氣體,導(dǎo)致惡心。
